• AdMob (Google) for advertising on free-tier accounts

Data resides in Firebase Firestore on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union, protected by:

• HTTPS encryption for transit data
• Firestore security rules
• Passwordless email authentication

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account and data deletion at any time by contacting us.

TuneGenius is not directed at children under the age of 13. The service doesn't knowingly collect data from minors.
